Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within Serbia. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For our Cash on Delivery (COD) service, payment is made to the courier upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@pampero.rs with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
